Parece que fui mesmo um estupro, o cometido por Melkor sobre Arien:

Vejamos que a turma desse site usa a expressão "and ravished her", o que parece ser corretamente traduzido como "e forçou-a"; ou seja: estuprou-a.
Por outro lado, não achei "ravish" sendo usado como sinônimo de "rape" (estupro). Para "rape", achei como sinônimos mais comuns "assault", "abuse", "violation"... Mesmo assim, acho que o resultado é o mesmo, na frase: estupro.
