Editado pelo Dr. Michael Drout, Douglas Anderson e Verlyn Flieger, o jornal, de publicação anual, possuía vários ensaios, tais como "Light-elves, Dark-elves, and Others: Tolkien's Elvish Problem" e "Frodo's Batman", todos escritos por estudiosos acadêmicos.
