Meu... Blind tem várias músicas loucas... Rhapsody, Hammerfall, Helloween... todas influenciadas por Tolkien, com certeza.

Um pedaço da "Noldor" que gera muita dúvida:

Muita gente pensa que é Maedhros, ou Fingolfin...
Mas o que me intriga é ele dizer que ele é culpado por não estar lá... Lá aonde um milhão morreu.
Eu achei que poderia ser Finarfin, que teria impedido a morte dos Teleri pelas hostes de Feanor e Fingolfin, já que ele seria o único desses que não estava lá na hora e era seu parente.

Acho que não. Acho que é o Fingolfin mesmo porque quando ele chegou lá, a batalha já tinha começado e ele não sabia o porquê. Então, ele e seu povo chegaram metendo bronca já, e só depois fora saber que era uma matança à riviera. Portanto, a culpa está nele, pois ele não estava lá quando tudo começou, e ainda sim participou do massacre.

Ae sobre Thorn a explicaçao de Aragorn II tava boa, mas não explicou o refrão, eu não estava conseguindo interpretar essa musica, mas agora parece bem claro hehehehe
Outra coisa acho q foi Maglor disse que Lammoth é Morgoth gritando quando ele segura as silmarils, na verdade é o grito de morgoth quando ungoliant prende ele nas suas teias, dai os balrogs ouvem e salvam ele, e é por isso qu e eu acho q o refrão de Into the Storm tah mais pros elfos do que para balrogs, se vc seguir uma linha cronologica, os balrogs sóm aparcem na história depois da musica, por outro lado os elfos so aparecem depois de nightfall.....
acho q atrapalhei mais ainda

Ae galera sou novo aqui mas visito a muito tempo o site da Valinor! Já conheço as obras de Tolkien antes mesmo dos filmes e tal! Blind Guardian é minha banda preferida e eu já vi todos os comentarios mas não falaram sobre Majesty! Teve um cara que botou a letra mas num comentaram..
A unica coisa que eu tenho é isso:

Obviously this song is dedicated to the Tolkien’s world, or, more accurately, to the book "The Lord of the Rings". The line
"..hunted by goblins, ho Gandalf to help.."
surely indicates this. However, it is not clear who "Majesty" is. On the one hand the line
"...hunted by goblins, no Gandalf to help.."
is evidently pointing at Aragorn, the title suits him well. But more likely that the Majesty is Dark Lord Sauron himself. The refrain speaks in his favour
"...your kingdom is lost... and ruins remind of your time..."
and moreover, "...deliver our kingdom and our reich...just give me the the thing That need or I kill...".
The thing is apparently a Ruling Ring. However, the last line may point at Boromir as well, and the one before
"...no Gandalf to help with swords in the night.."
may point at Frodo too. Yes, yes! You know that there is similar chapter in "The Lord of the Rings" called "The knife in the dark", it's about Morgulian sword-blade and broken sword of Aragorn. Following lines speak in Frodo's favour
"...eyes they are watching They look for me but cannot find Creature is following no place to escape..." - it looks like Frodo's journey in Mordor to Orodruin.

Bah.....pelo q vi, esse topico tem faz tempo....mas descobri ele (pasmem!!!) há umas 2 semanas.... e só pude postar hj!!!..Queria agradecer ao pessoal aki, por ajudar a entender algumas musicas do Blind....eu, (que 
não li o Silmarilion ainda..) fiquei meio perdida qndo ouvi algumas músicas..Mirror Mirror, por exemplo, eu achei que era sobre Tuor, e não Turgon....
Mas a que eu , sem dúvida nenhuma, mais gosto é Nightfall....até me emociono qndo ouço.....e a melhor parte da música, com certeza é quando Fëanor diz "Oh, I'm heir of the High Lord'' e ''The enemy of mine, isn't he of your kind...And finally you may follow me''....
